Lasagna with ground beef and zucchini

This recipe offers a delicious and nutritious alternative to lasagna, high in fiber and lower in fat! They are equally delicious and very quick to prepare - worth a try!

Ingredients: - 200g minced beef with low fat - mixed herbs - garlic powder - onion powder - 1 onion - 200 g marinara sauce - 200 grams of cottage cheese - fresh herbs - 1 egg - 1 zucchini - thinly sliced ​​horizontally in leaves - 4 sheets of lasagna - 60 g grated light mozzarella cheese - 1 teaspoon of olive oil Nutritional Information: (makes 4 servings) Each portion offers: 330 kcal 20.75 g of carbohydrates 27 g protein 15 g of fat 3.25 g fiber

Cooking procedure:

1. Cut the zucchinis (courgettes) into strips and boil them for a few minutes to soften
2. Sauté an onion with a teaspoon of olive oil
3. Brown the minced meat with the onion and add the marinara sauce, garlic powder and onion powder
4. Take your baking sheet and spread 1 layer of the cooked ground beef
5. Then spread the boiled zucchini slices on top of the minced meat
6. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, 1 egg and the fresh herbs all together and spread a layer over the courgettes
7. Then add another layer of ground beef and spread the sheets of lasagna pasta on top.
8. Then spread another layer of minced beef and cover with the grated mozzarella cheese.
9. Put the pan in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
