I’m a social media manager by profession but I also love anything that has to do with flowers, books, adventures, motorbikes and getting lost in nature. I am always curious and active, wandering through life's ups and downs with a positive mindset. My goal in life is to make people happy but also to become the best version of myself. There is always something about ourselves we can work on. There is always space for growth... Whenever we think we are good, we can be even better. As a passionate advocate of growth, I’m continuously looking for ways to self-improve and through my experiences help others do the same.

I’m a clinical dietitian-nutritionist by profession with experience in hospital patient work. I love to dance, create pottery and jewellery, take long strolls by the sea and listen to the waves! I am all about positive energy and human connections, I love to make people smile and feel understood! Nutrition to me is all about balancing life in order to make sure you are enjoying every part of it without feeling any sense of restrictions. Instead feel healthy and happy in yourself! I truly believe that with self-compassion and patience we can all achieve our health goals and manage to stay healthy in the long term!

I'm a fitness trainer specialized in pilates, been in love with dancing since a young age and a sports enthusiast. Being by the beach, surrounded by the sand, sea, sky is the place to be for me. I love adventures and trying something new is always on my bucket list. Exercise is medicine and for sure it has been for me too! My goal is to help as many people as possible to appreciate their body as it is, love it for all that it allows them to do everyday and incorporate exercise in their day to day life to make life easier. Simple fact: Your body accomplishes mindlessly the most precious part of being alive - breathing! That’s why we need to care for it for life!
